Lodax warranties
We believe in the quality of our products. That's why we offer favourable warranty conditions to many of our products.
Before delivering the products to our customers we make sure that every single product passes through a strict quality control. This involves tests of the material conducted by an external organization, checking if the finishing was done correctly, etc.
If, however, it happens that our customer receives a faulty unit of an ordered product he/she can make use of the received warranty on the product.
A warranty starts on the date of purchase of the product, which is also stated on the invoice. Based on this information, a period is determined within which you can claim the warranty conditions that were granted during that period. Therefore, the customer should keep the invoice carefully.
The current warranty periods we offer are shown below. The length of the warranty depends on the product. For example, products that belong to our budget product range will obtain less extended warranty. Please contact us if you would like to receive the complete warranty conditions.

Lifetime warranty
We offer lifetime warranty to our standard square and round outrigger pads.
The warranty covers the following measurements:
- Standard square pads from 300x300x30mm to 1200x1200x80mm
- Standard round pads from Ø 800x60mm to Ø 1200x80mm.
LODAX will provide a « lifetime replacement warranty » to the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the original pad. The warranty covers exceptional defects which may occur during the manufacturing process. These defects will become visible/problematic during normal use of the LODAX Pads. It is important to understand the intended use and function of the product in order to determine whether there was a manufacturing defect or if the pad wasn’t used for its intended purpose.
LODAX pads are guaranteed against cracking, breaking and splintering. The outrigger pads are subjected to strict testing/inspection during the manufacturing process. Each pad that leaves our manufacturing plant has passed the testing and has been found acceptable for LODAX. Although occasional, there are small defaults that are not detected during our visual inspection, these are the situations that our guarantee covers.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Ropes, handles and drilled holes are not covered.
- Breaking due to improper use.
- Natural wear and tear isn’t covered by our guarantee. Signs of normal wear and tear should be expected but this doesn’t mean that the Pad is defect/broken. Possible manufacturing flaws will be detectable/visible in the first months of usage. Every case of a defect/broken Pad will be individually inspected and examined.
10 Years warranty
We offer 10 years of warranty to our premium range of ground protection mats.
The warranty covers following measurements:
- 2000x500/1000x10/15/20mm
- 3000x500/1000x10/15/20mm
LODAX will provide a limited 10 year replacement warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the original mat.
The warranty covers exceptional defects which may occur during the manufacturing process. These defects will become visible/problematic during normal use of the LODAX Premium Mats. It is important to understand the intended use and function of the product in order to determine whether there was a
manufacturing defect or if the mat just wasn’t used for its intended purpose. LODAX Premium Mats are guaranteed against cracking, breaking and splintering (handles and holes for connection are not included). These mats are subjected to strict testing/inspection during the manufacturing process. Each mat that leaves our manufacturing plant has passed the testing and has been found acceptable for LODAX. Although occasional, there are small defaults that are not detected during our visual inspection, these are the situations that our guarantee covers.

- Breaking of handles or holes for connection.
- Breaking due to improper use.
- Connection systems
- Natural wear and tear isn’t covered by our guarantee. Signs of normal wear and tear should be expected but this doesn’t mean that the mat is defect/broken. Possible manufacturing flaws will be detectable/visible in the first months of usage. Every case of a defect/broken mat will be individually inspected and examined. It is recommended to connect different mats together (increase stability) Breaches are provided to permit the installation of single connectors for end to end assembly or double connectors to link four mats together to create a larger work platform. The connection will help stabilize the mats during usage.
1 Year warranty
Products consisting of different materials (e.g. rubber, steel, etc.), products that have a special shape (e.g. round or rectangular shoes, etc.) and products belonging to our budget product range receive a limited warranty of 1 year.
